At Dad Unit, every item is made with care and produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail.
Please review the information below carefully.
All Sales Are Final
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Preference-based reasons
We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue(s)
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, color, or design due to an error on our end, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
